Thanks for participating. Add Comment For years I'd heard of Yaoi and Japanese Manga in general, and never really paid much attention. I don't know why. Mostly I like books with scifi and action elements. Angst is nice, but a good fist fight is better! My romance books fit nicely into those categories. Books I read by other authors fit nicely into those categories. The guys in the Sentries series and in Strays face all sorts of challenges and danger. Through it all they have one another and that is where their true strength originates. Many of my fellow romance writers also seem to be fans of Yaoi, and I was still clueless. I heard their stories of attending events such as Yaoi-con and marginally paid attention to the discussions between them on the various series and stories and whatnot. Finally my curiosity got the better of me and I decided to take a look. I've only begun my exploration, but Yaoi looks fun and right up my interest alley! Lots of adventure and action and of course hot guys, well in some cases, hot naughty guys! I'd love to have some recommendations on good Yaoi to read. I'm still learning all the various terminology. I'm really interested in finding some that are available in digital format and have seen some on Amazon.
