My snippet this week is from For the Long Run.

Jay pulled his hands away from Eric’s legs and clasped them behind his back. “Yes, sir.”

“There’d be rules, of course, concerning what happens after one of your performances with her.”

Jay looked up, sure his shock registered on his face when Eric’s eyes twinkled and he grinned wickedly. “You’d still consider—?”

“I don’t see why you and I shouldn’t get what we want. She has no bearing on the two of us, not really,” Eric cut him off. “I needed to be sure we did want the same thing.”
