When you think about it, it's very silly. Why should anyone be concerned with who is getting married beyond themselves? I fail to understand how a person's choice of husband or wife should matter to anyone other then the parties involved. I think it's very disappointing that there is always someone who feels the need to foist their beliefs on everyone else, wanted or not.
I know just as many gay couples who've stayed together a decade or more as non-gay couples. How one can be right and one considered wrong is something I simply don't understand.
If more people would simply worry about themselves, their own conduct and actions and less about who your neighbors marry many problems and conflicts would go away. Love is love and commitment is commitment, the gender of the participants shouldn't matter.
